Key qualities and skills they're seeking in the new Account Executive include:

-Solid experience working on a Public Affairs PR team either in an agency of as part of an in-house Public Affairs/Government team
-A genuine interest and understanding of Public Affairs
-Writing experience (eg. press releases, creative briefs)
-The ability to build relationships and strong interpersonal skills
-An organised and motivated approach
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-A proactive work ethic
-The ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines
-Administrative skills including proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Power Point
-Creativity and a positive attitude
