The Wall Street Journal is seeking an accomplished reporter to cover one of the most fascinating and important business stories in history: Amazon.com.

We are looking for a reporter with the skills and passion to cover a company this complex and dynamic, illuminate its relationship with consumers, businesses and rivals, demystify its technology and scrutinize its influence.

The role requires an ability to break and dominate news while also delivering deeply reported, agenda-setting stories.

The right applicant will be a self-starter with a substantial body of work demonstrating those abilities--as well as effectiveness in collaborating, as this role that requires working closely with colleagues who help cover Amazon's spreading tentacles in retail, cloud computing, entertainment, finance, health and more.
