We are looking for a highly organized self-starter with strong communication skills and the drive to develop a deep understanding of Dow Jones' newest Data-as-a-Service platform, Dow Jones DNA.

As Marketing Coordinator within the Professional Information Business (PIB), your primary function will be to support the development and execution of the global marketing strategy for Dow Jones DNA.

Reporting to the Dow Jones DNA & Partnerships Marketing Director, you will support the development and execution of annual, global marketing plans.

In collaboration with a range of Marketing, Product and Sales team members, you will be primarily responsible for campaigns, advertising and event marketing.

Your knowledge of priority audience segments (primarily data scientists, data engineers and individuals within Financial Services) will support your rich understanding of B2B marketing levers.

Your overriding objectives are to drive demand and awareness in the marketplace, generate high quality leads, and enable the broader set of marketing initiatives with the tools and materials to effectively grow Dow Jones DNA in the B2B marketplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing assets, drive timelines and coordinate with partner teams to execute a range of marketing activities typically undertaken in B2B marketing programs. These are focused on; email and advertising campaigns, hosted and sponsored events / webinars; content development; and selected sales enablement initiatives/materials.
  • Work closely with our Demand Generation and Marketing Operations teams to coordinate and manage all Dow Jones DNA marketing activities, globally. This extends to the preparation of marketing assets, planning and to support the reporting of marketing metrics.
  • Field and help fulfill brand requests from cross-functional teams and external partners


Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of marketing or other relevant experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Experience using marketing automation tools such as Eloqua, Marketo or similar.
  • Experience with Photoshop, InDesign or Canva preferred, but not essential
  • Proficient G Suite
  • Familiarity with (or interest in) cloud-based data integration technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or other related field
