Job Details
The Role
- Working with commercial teams to help realise and exceed campaign goals
- Working with Account Managers to help plan campaigns, execute and report back
- Executing campaigns on FB/IG/TW/Snap
- Working with Project Managers on copy, translations and reporting
- Work with related stakeholders on branded content strategy and delivery, ensuring profitable growth for commercial activity
- Communicate successes, whether editorial or commercial, to ensure learnings are applied to future content propositions
- Commercial campaign management: optimise deliverables to ensure the best business return on investment
- To support the commercial team with content marketing on social media and content discovery platforms, advising on KPIs and content strategies for new pitches
- To compile analytics reports and furnish commercial teams with data to bolster proposals
The Person
- Sound experience of using Audience Development tools as well as social media analytics tools to maximise reach
- Experience managing Facebook/Instagram campaigns, both planning and execution
- Experience supporting brand strategies and advice on best strategic use of social communications to achieve objectives
- Keen to improve processes and learn best practice; uses processes to deliver desired business impact, doesn’t introduce process for the sake of it
- An effective communicator able to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Ability to balance competing priorities and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, able to guide others to do this also
- Flexible, personable, and solutions oriented attitude
- Goes into all situations with a view to adding value.
