Luxury London Media is looking for a Branded Content & Commerce Writer to join its busy editorial team, working primarily across its digital platforms. Through our digital platforms, print publications and programme of experience-led events, Luxury London Media positions premium brands in front of high-net-worth individuals and highly-defined target audiences. Luxury London also produces a series of contract publications for our brand partners.

Job Description

Location: Hybrid (two days per week in our Bayswater office)

Contract type: Six-month full-time probationary contract with option to become permanent

The Branded Content & Commerce Writer will take a key role in Luxury London’s digital editorial team, shaping native content across our website, social media platforms and newsletters. You should have experience as a digital writer, preferably at a national or international luxury lifestyle title or at a luxury brand, be brimming with ideas and able to turn out sparkling copy to short deadlines. Reporting to the Digital Editorial Director, confidence in a client-facing role, excellent understanding of high-net-worth audiences, experience with affiliate marketing and an ability to multi-task are crucial.

Responsibilities

  • Concept and write engaging native content for Luxury London’s website, social media platforms and newsletters to strict deadlines
  • Create engaging, revenue-driving affiliate content for luxurylondon.co.uk
  • Provide clear communication with clients on content ideas, project schedules and asset specifications
  • Execute client feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with commercial print projects as necessary
  • Assist the Digital Editorial Director in planning the native content schedule
  • Work with the Digital Editorial Director and commercial team to identify new partnership opportunities and develop Luxury London’s affiliate strategy
  • Attend client events and meetings as required
  • Assist with editorial content where necessary

Requirements

  • Minimum two years experience in a digital editorial environment, preferably for a luxury title or brand
  • Excellent written English and a strong eye for a story
  • An ability to work efficiently and meticulously to tight deadlines
  • A solid understanding of SEO best practice, affiliate marketing and social media
  • Highly organised and comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working on commercial and native content projects
  • A good understanding of the luxury sector
  • Familiarity with content management systems, particularly WordPress
  • Experience with content and analytics tools, including MailChimp, ahrefs, Buffer, Later, Google Analytics and Adobe Suite desirable
  • A confident and professional manner with strong presentation skills
