JOB DESCRIPTION

At Hearst UK, there’s always more to the story. Join us as Delish’s Social Media Editor to start the next chapter in your career.

Delish is Hearst’s flagship food brand, that creates exciting, innovative, and creative content that inspires and delights its audience of hungry foodies. A completely food and drink-focused brand, Delish creates and publishes content across multiple digital channels, amassing millions of views along the way. Boasting a team of talented chefs and foodies, Delish proudly creates hundreds of unique, trend-led recipes every year.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This exciting role is responsible for overseeing Delish’s social media strategy and output across multiple platforms (Instagram and TikTok being the biggest focus) – setting, implementing, and monitoring a multi-platform strategy that inspires engagement, delivers traffic, drives revenue, and builds our brand affinity with our core audience. A highly creative, yet data-driven role, you’ll work with a team of creative foodies to create epic social content to create industry-leading formats that both entertains and educates our audience in equal measure.

ABOUT YOU

You will be a foodie, with experience being solely responsible for a brand’s social media output, and experience setting and implementing a clear social media, that feeds into brand goals. Experience creating, posting, and optimising content across Instagram and TikTok is highly desirable, along with experience using platform-specific analytics dashboards to inform content. Most importantly, you’ll be super creative, bursting with exciting social content ideas, and being a collaborative team player to bring those content ideas to life.

WHAT WE OFFER

At Hearst UK, you can choose from a huge range of perks and benefits that can help you learn well, work well and live well including:

  • 25 days’ holiday (with the option to buy up to 5 additional holiday days) – pro rated for part-time or fixed-term employees
  • Hybrid working model – 2 days per week in the office
  • Discounted gym membership
  • Healthcare cash plan
  • Spend a charity day with your favourite good cause
  • Life assurance and pension scheme
  • Regular socials and more!

There’s more to your story than you imagine. And the next chapter begins right here.

Hearst UK is deeply committed to using our influential brands to reflect the world we want to live in – one that respects, protects, represents and uplifts the voices and opinions of all people.
