Job Description:

OPIS is seeking an experienced graphic designer to create and maintain marketing

assets and content which promote our products and events. From concept through

execution, you will improve our customer experience by bringing the OPIS brand to life

across digital, mobile, video and print platforms. You'll use your creativity not just to

make marketing materials more attractive, but to improve UX, ensure brand consistency

and achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with marketing teammates to support website design and the

creation of HTML email efforts, web banner ads, landing pages, social media

graphics, sales enablement collateral, and content marketing assets, including

infographics, data visualizations, white papers, case studies, videos and more.

Create design templates for our marketing team to be more efficient in their

promotional efforts via all channels.

For web marketing, create assets that display well on mobile, tablet and desktop

environments, providing a user experience that fits on all three screens.

Bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise

and eye for arresting images.

Meet other design needs such as sales presentations, trade show signage and

materials, premium items and more.

Brainstorm and absorb ideas from business stakeholders in Sales, News and

Product, then use your creativity to improve these ideas and make them more

visual, attention-getting and persuasive.

Set design direction when none is given and often create something out of

nothing.

Stay informed on evolving design styles and technology.

Source stock imagery and maintain the internal library of creative design items

and marketing collateral on Google Drive.

Qualifications:

College degree in graphic design or equivalent work experience
3+ years of design experience at a B2B company or marketing agency
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

Strong familiarity with WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Microsoft Office,

especially PowerPoint

Familiarity with designing for a marketing automation platform

Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize

projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Self-directed and capable of working independently

Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cultures across time zones

and global locations
