Fashion & Beauty Assistant - Grazia (Digital)

JOB INTRODUCTION

Our Team:

Grazia is a cross-platform team creating content for an ABC1 women aged 25-45. To successfully work with the team, you should have a strong understanding of this audience and be able to help create compelling content across print, digital and social that speaks to her. We are a friendly, hard-working, inclusive team where all ideas are encouraged. Our work is fast-paced but fun, and we actively encourage experimentation across platforms, content and formats.

The Focus of the Role:

Working on Grazia’s digital platforms across fashion and beauty to pitch and write ideas for fashion and beauty stories for Grazia Daily. 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITY

  • Write and update existing fashion and beauty stories online
  • Generate and execute new social, video and digital ideas – especially around affiliate growth
  • Create and edit timely social video on TikTok/Reels
  • Compile monthly beauty buys feature
  • Compile weekly affiliate shopping newsletter


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High standard or organisational skills and ability to use initiative and be adaptable
  • Computer literate in Microsoft (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience using SEO, Google Analytics and Wordpress preferable but not essential
  • Understanding what makes for great traffic and clickable headlines
  • Working knowledge of key social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
  • Willingness to appear in social video, where needed
