Through collaboration with the People team's Center of Experts and People team leadership, Advisors ensure the workforce is fit for purpose. Reporting to the Associate Director/Director, People Advisors, the Senior Advisor will help develop team effectiveness and optimize ways of working. A true proponent of data-driven strategies, the Senior Advisor is capable of challenging convention, building relationships and thinking critically.

About the Role

The Senior Advisor is a mid-level individual contributor embedded in specific business sectors who understands the skills, talents and abilities needed to work on the strategy. You will plan for people and organizational opportunities, and manage the challenges and changes.

You Will:
  • Create partnerships, applying the strengths of our Centers of Excellence to ensure full service support to the teams.
  • Support HR Advisors activities during annual cyclical activities including compensation and performance reviews
  • Awareness of tools and insights from our Community of Experts to help develop the workforce and build careers.
  • Manage employee relations processes including conduct, absence & performance management.
  • Partner with Business Leaders in support of strategic workforce planning - including organizational design & ways-of-working optimization.
  • Ensure that company procedures are equitably applied and local legal requirements are met.
  • Request, gather and compile reports and analyze trends to measure the effectiveness of human capital practices
  • Report to the Associate Director/Director, People Advisors

You Have:
  • 5 years HR related experience
  • Knowledge in federal and state labor law and regulations
  • The ability to work with multiple members and to promote positive changes in a collaborative, convincing manner and the ability to manage client expectations.
  • History of work with HR data collection and reporting requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources or Organizational Development.
