Are you passionate about travelling? Keen to work in the travel industry? If so, an exciting job opportunity has arisen to join Exsus Travel, a luxury tailor-made tour operator.

This is an excellent opportunity to get involved in and learn about all aspects of the daily running of Exsus Travel, including writing, editing, marketing, sales support and admin. On the copywriting and marketing side, this involves copywriting, researching and fact-checking content for itineraries and the website, including hotels, transfers and excursions, sourcing images, dealing with practical information, and ensuring all content is of a high standard and keeps to brand and style guidelines.

On the sales side, duties will include working on the travel booking system and assisting with drafting itineraries and checking and formatting them before they are sent out to agents and clients.

On the administration side, duties will include sending out travel packages, documents for itineraries and practical information to agents and clients, as well as additional administration tasks on behalf of the director.

No two days are the same, and there will be a range of other ad hoc tasks as and when they come up across the team.

This position is ideal for someone who has a passion for travel and a high attention to detail, with an eye for inspiring content and imagery. You must be a hard-working all-rounder who is well-organised and flexible, and has the ability to multi-task and maintain high standards under pressure, and who will enjoy working in a busy environment.

• This is a full-time, permanent position
• Salary: £18,000 per annum
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Location: this position is based in a rural location in Horton-cum-Studley, Oxfordshire, which can only be reached by car – therefore you will need to have your own vehicle.
