We're looking for a pro-active Content Producer to join our Which? team, initially on a fixed-term basis with the potential to go permanent.

The content we produce – online, print, apps, audio, video – makes us a trusted source of advice for millions of people. We look deeper so they can choose smarter – testing, researching, investigating and analysing, turning it all into compelling news, reviews, tools and guides that make it easier for consumers to make good decisions.
 

About the job
Working as part of the content team and reporting to our Channels & Distribution Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering and promoting high-quality and engaging Which? content across digital channels to achieve our commercial and impact objectives - this will primarily include the content selection and planning process for our homepage and also our suite of regular newsletters.
  • Drafting snappy short-form copy that captures our audience's attention and encourages them to click through.
  • Managing and optimising the performance of Which?'s content across existing and emerging third-party distribution platforms such as Apple News, Google News, Flipboard, Upday and YouTube.
     

About you

  • You will have proven experience of writing short-form copy for digital audiences - ideally this would include newsletters and homepage content
  • You will have experience of using a range of content management systems (Wordpress and Glide, ideally)
  • You will drive innovation and constantly seek to improve the engagement and reach of content. Experience with pulling insights from Google Analytics and Data Studio is beneficial.
  • You take a connected approach to your work, ensure plans are joined up and that teams are in sync.
