These clients demand top quality photo and must-watch viral video content on a daily basis so rely on us to supply the latest breaking, hilarious, heart-warming and quirky viral photos and videos that audiences want to view and share. 

A rare opportunity has arisen in our Birmingham office for talented, eager, and driven individuals to join our dynamic media content acquisition team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated person who relishes the chance to learn what makes a great photo or video before it goes viral or published, a willingness to hit targets as well as a team player.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and source picture and video content from contributors for our clients around the world.
• Integral role processing photo content such as photo editing, captions and uploading content to our Content Management system.
• React to breaking news scenarios, both as a solo self-starter as well as part of a wider team.
• Use people skills and sense of humour to contact and negotiate with talented content creators
• Working towards performance targets set by your line-manager to help grow your dept and the company as a whole.

Skills and experience:

• Need for a great understanding of what makes stand-out engaging content
• Multi-Tasking abilities and a deep desire to learn and grow.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Decision-making skills and a proven ability to work with a growing/diverse team.
• Excellent time management.
• Hardworking and enthusiastic.
• Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills are a must.
• Able to turn content around to tight deadlines is also essential.

 
The position will normally be based at our International head office in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham, but you may currently be temporarily working remotely.
