About the Role:

Yet another one of our journalists has left to join the nationals and PPA award-winning brand Property Week is now looking for an investigative reporter to join its five-strong news desk.

This is an opportunity to join the dynamic news team on one of the UK’s biggest and last remaining true weekly trade titles. As well as conducting hard-hitting investigations, the successful candidate will get the opportunity to cover several exciting news patches and write about an industry at the very heart of the UK economy, property. 

About you:   

You will have the ability to grasp new and complex issues quickly. You will be able to write accurate, concise and compelling copy to tight deadlines. We are looking for someone who can beat our rivals and land exclusive stories.

Key Accountabilities: 

• Conducting in-depth investigations
• Building contacts and breaking exclusive news stories both in print and online as part of the news desk
• Producing authoritative on-diary news and analysis for print and online
• Writing heavy-hitting features including high-profile interviews
• Representing Property Week at industry events
