Sleeper Media is looking for the next generation of new recruits to help build our business, and your career.

We are looking for ambitious candidates who want to break into a career in media and develop their skills across a variety of platforms dealing with data research, online content, and social media.

Our industry-leading portfolio of magazines, events and websites provides content and commercial solutions designed to connect people, places and projects creating exceptional hospitality experiences the world over. We are currently planning for the next stage in our growth and have positions available for:

CONTENT & RESEARCH EXECUTIVES

To succeed in this role you will be:

• Thirsty – for knowledge of, and immersion in, the hospitality and design industries 
• Literate – able to string together not just a sentence but also a snappy social media caption or a succinct news story, at the drop of a deadline
• Visually aware – with an eye for great design, captivating imagery and engaging content
• Tech-savvy – capable of researching, adapting and uploading information and images to different databases, social media platforms, and content management systems 
• Determined – to develop your skills, consistently deliver on our expectations and exceed your own  

We’re more interested in your qualities than your qualifications but you will need to be:

• Educated to A-Level or above in English, Media Studies, Marketing, Journalism or equivalent subjects
• Competent in commonly used platforms such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and / or Adobe Creative Cloud
• Comfortable adapting to new tasks, roles and responsibilities as the business requires

• Able...to work at least two days per week from our offices at Strawberry Studios in Stockport, but also self-motivated to work remotely and independently the rest of the time
