Job Description:
The Wall Street Journal's Review section is looking for an editor with broad interests and wide contacts who can help to commission and edit pieces for our weekend ideas section.
You should have extensive experience with writing and/or editing feature pieces and essays and should be comfortable working with freelancers, especially academics and authors. A strong background in one or more of the large fields covered by Review is desirable, including politics, public policy, foreign affairs, science, health and social and cultural trends.
While you may start the job remotely, you will eventually be based in our New York office. The job reports to Gary Rosen, Editor of Weekend Review. To apply, please submit your resume, a cover letter and up to five published clips.

- Work with the section's visuals team to create layouts and art concepts
- Develop digital strategies to extend the reach and impact of the section
