M&A and Investment Banking Reporter / Writer, The Texas Lawbook - TX

The Texas Lawbook, an online legal newspaper focusing on business lawyers and business law, seeks a full-time, experienced reporter to write about M&A, CapM and corporate finance.

Our goal is to expand our current coverage. We provide unique and substantive content to our 13,000 paid subscribers. We are a small team of seven journalists - four of them own an equity stake in the business.

We are also close friends and seek someone who wants to have fun, be a part of the team and help us take The Texas Lawbook to the next level. We prefer to have this position in Houston.

ome travel comes with the position. Compensation is competitive. For the past three years, employees received a year-end bonus that equaled one month's salary.
