The National, the leading quality Middle East news organisation, is hiring correspondents to join our expanding Washington bureau.
Candidates should have strong journalistic skills, an extensive contact list and a record of breaking exclusives.
A deep knowledge of US politics and understanding of Middle East politics are a must. Multimedia and social media skills are an advantage. The ability to work in a team is crucial.
Based in Abu Dhabi and with a network of reporters around the world, The National has established itself as a leading source of news for the Middle East and beyond with a 140-strong editorial team.
We already have a major bureau in London and, as part of our further expansion plans, we are looking to expand our operations in Washington and a number of other capitals.
