Under the direction of the Managing Editor for Content, the Digital Newsroom Leader manages a digitally focused team of breaking-news, multimedia and enterprise reporters, website producers and a social media manager to meet the news and information needs of Lancaster County residents in real time across all digital platforms.

This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment. The Digital Newsroom Leader will help build the editorial team around subjects like Money & Work and Business & Finance. 

The Digital Newsroom Leader is informed by both digital analytics and strong news judgement in making coverage decisions for an audience that primarily resides in Lancaster County.
